Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in New York City. Stylish place, it was overall clean and had very amiable and patient staff on reception desk. The location was unbeatable, near to The Plaza 5 or 6 times and several areas of the the carpet and the theater district and Times Square.

Everything was perfect in this famous hotel. Decent size and updated unit with a beautiful decor. Lots of supplies in the room: a terrace, a safe box, and a new carpet. Enjoyable breakfast, first-class services. Really nice overall experience.

The Plaza is in the best location off the Plaza. the deluxe king room was nicely decorated with partial central park views.

We had a gorgeous bedroom. All the personnel was very very helpful. The hotel's position was ideal and nice, unique to the Plaza. It's near Manhattan next to Central Park, close to Museum Mile, as well as 5th Avenue, and shops and restaurants.

Pos: This place is a luxurious and elegant hotel located in a prime central location surrounded by shops and restaurants, including a nearby Italian restaurant with limited seating.

The rooms here are well-furnished and recently refurbished, offering excellent views and accompanied by a highly professional staff, while the lobby bar serves up quality alcoholic beverages and the facilities are fantastic, with convenient parking in the vicinity.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful interiors, super comfortable room and bed, good bath kit. Very very correct staff, each guest as main. Beautiful hotel, comfortable and beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed.

My expectations were very high, but I do not feel a super effect, there are some small details: deposit for the bar or what ever $250 per night without information in advance; very uncomfortable shower (the floor, plumbing, no tooth set, very old hair dryer,) not pleasant smelling in the wardrobe and in the hall, rather small elevator). Although it is an old fashioned hotel, some things should be renewed... There are disadvantages: write off the Card 250 $ per night as a deposit for services without prior notice, plumbing is time to change, the floor in the shower is very unpleasant, the smell in the wardrobe is unpleasant, like the corridor on the floor, a terrible hair dryer. The elevator is very small, looks very old, which is very nervous if you live on the 19th floor. I'd like a renovation story, at least from a technical point of view.

This venue is well-known and pretty tidy, with friendly staff, though one of them seemed a bit shy. The location is fantastic, right near a popular tourist spot. 🌟

Excelent rooms, service and location.

Undoubtedly, this hotel became famous for the movie "One Home". That's why many guests are still staying here. At the entrance to the hotel and in the hall itself tourists are constantly photographed. I can't say it's boring. Rather, the hotel staff, which is responsible for the safety of the guests, are getting bothered. The hotel itself "smells" of old and former luxury. It has a comfortable atmosphere, good restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious, well lit, wonderful bed and linen. I liked the bathroom. We had both the bathtub itself and a stall with a tropical shower. Premium cosmetics. We also had our own little dressing room. There are 2 TVs, a mini-bar and even a microwave. A fresh newspaper in the morning was a nice little thing. In general, if you are not chasing modern, innovative solutions; the novelty and freshness of the room stock, and appreciate the gloss and antiquity, then you - here.

room has a tablet. idea is good: you can control from the lighting in the room to make an order, menu of some restaurants did not load, some sections due to weak Internet signal (most likely), never opened. case when it didn't affect our "well-being" much, for a five-star hotel, let's say, is unacceptable. at the entrance we had $250 frozen, while the stay itself we paid in advance. In addition, it is not clear why the hotel has not withdrawn the total amount immediately with taxes. although on check-in and check-out we twice received an affirmative answer "you have everything paid", next day the hotel did ask to pay taxes from the card. No problem, of course. why can't you do it all at once?! why not take $250 off the frozen ones. In short, lot of extra financial motions :)

Clean hotel in a beautiful building right by Manhattan next to Central Park. Close to Museum Mile, as well as 5th Avenue. Decent-sized room with a terrace for a nice stay. Luxurious bathroom with bathtubs. Outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff. Fantastic location in the Todd English restaurant in the food court. Very convenient to a public ice rink.
